June Fishing Report!

Atwood Lake Crappie!

Big Dan and Spike scored big fishing for crappie at Atwood Sunday!  

Spike with a nice one!  Working small plastics on the spinning rods filled the cooler!!

First Carp Of The Year!

Got out Sat. to fish Area 51.   Not Bad considering the air temp. was 19F.  Dan gets the first Golden Bone of the year on the ultra light.  There was steam coming off the water when we got there,  I think there is some kind of Geothermal Vent that keeps the water warm here all winter! 

To land larger fish at Area 51 you must work them into the cement wash tub.

Average size rock bass.

A good 8 inches of snow covers the hill that leads down to the good stuff!

Ice Bones is piling up the perch!
