Chagrin is coming down and may fish Sunday depending on how much snow the east side of Cleveland gets. Forecast for next week looks like temps. in the 20's and 30's with off and on snow. If you can stand the cold and be there with flows dropping below 300cfs there are fish to be had. What do I know, I'm at home on the computer and got skunked on my 2 trips this fall. Ask this guy from the Ohio Kayak Club. He fished the Rocky lask week and scored big.
