Saturday's rain blew out the Chagrin- again. High wind gusts all of Sunday put white caps on the ponds and local creeks. Big Dan and I did some major walking to find a calm spot behind a high wall that was breaking the wind. Dan, standing up on the wall told me where to throw and when to set the hook- bc the water was still muddy from the rain. Whammo! Used 4lb Cajun Red on ultralight rod with a woolly bugger! Goggle Earth is a wonderful thing. Found a sheltered pond from the wind that gave up a couple bass to both of us. I think your alowd to fish here, just stay back in the trees- out of view of the house behind the barn!
